Is delivery really free?

Yes. Delivery is free on every furniture order to the UK, the EU, Norway, Switzerland and the mainland United States, with no minimum spend.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are dispatched within 1 to 3 business days. Delivery then takes about 5 to 10 business days in the UK, 7 to 14 business days in Europe and 10 to 20 business days in the US. You get a tracking number by email.

Which currency do you charge in?

All prices are in euros (EUR) and include VAT where applicable. Your bank converts the amount if your card is in another currency.

Will I pay customs duties?

If your order has to clear customs, your country may charge import duties or fees, paid by the recipient. See our Shipping Policy.

Can I return furniture?

Yes, within 30 days of delivery. Faulty or damaged items are collected free of charge. See our Refund Policy for return costs on change-of-mind returns.

Does the furniture need assembly?

Most pieces need little or none. Assembly time and tools are listed on each product page.

What are the digital products?

Downloadable room planning kits, furniture build plans and 3D model files. Nothing is shipped; your download link is emailed after payment.

All major credit and debit cards, plus the other options shown at checkout.
