This Privacy Policy explains how LAGRIYO LTD (trading as LagriyoFurni, "we", "us") collects and uses your personal data when you visit lagriyofurni.com or buy from us. We are the data controller. We process personal data in line with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the Data Protection Act 2018 and, for visitors in the European Economic Area, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. What data we collect

  • Order data: name, email address, billing and delivery address, phone number, products bought, order amount and order history.
  • Delivery data: delivery address, phone number and delivery instructions, which we share with the carrier delivering your order.
  • Payment data: payments are processed by Shopify Payments and other payment providers. We do not see or store your full card number.
  • Communication data: messages you send us by email or through our contact form, including photos you send about a delivery or return.
  • Device and usage data: IP address, browser type, pages viewed and similar data collected through cookies, as described below.
  • Newsletter data: your email address, if you choose to subscribe.

3. Why we use your data and our legal basis

  • To process your order, deliver your furniture or digital files, and handle returns: performance of a contract.
  • To answer your questions and provide support: performance of a contract and legitimate interests.
  • To keep accounting, tax and customs records: legal obligation.
  • To prevent fraud and keep our store secure: legitimate interests.
  • To send our newsletter: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time using the unsubscribe link.
  • To use analytics and marketing cookies: your consent.

4. Who we share your data with

We share personal data only where needed to run our store:

  • Shopify Inc. and its affiliates, which host our store and process orders (Shopify Privacy Policy);
  • payment providers that process your payment;
  • our suppliers, warehouses and delivery carriers, which receive your name, delivery address and phone number to prepare and deliver your order;
  • customs authorities, where an international delivery requires it;
  • our digital delivery and email service providers;
  • professional advisers such as accountants, and public authorities where the law requires it.

We never sell your personal data.

5. International transfers

Some of our service providers, including Shopify and carriers delivering to the United States, process data outside the UK and EEA. Where this happens, transfers are protected by adequacy decisions, the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, or are necessary to deliver the order you asked for.

6. How long we keep your data

Order, delivery and accounting records are kept for 6 years, as required by UK law. Support messages are kept for up to 2 years. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe.

7. Cookies

Our store uses cookies that are necessary for the cart and checkout to work. With your consent, we may also use analytics and marketing cookies. You can change your cookie choices at any time in the cookie banner or in your browser settings. See Shopify's cookie list for details.

8. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. To use any of these rights, email contact@lagriyofurni.com. We reply within one month.

You also have the right to complain to a supervisory authority. In the UK this is the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk). In the EU you can contact the data protection authority in your country. In the US, you may have additional rights under your state's privacy law; contact us and we will help.

9. Children

Our store is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
